David has a deformed left forearm and left hand and a bilateral oblique inguinal hernia.
David is an adorable 2 year old little boy. He was found at an intersection and is said to have “two bright eyes like twinkling stars in the sky”. David is talkative and has a ready smile. He is said to have a temper and will cry loudly to protest if he does not like something. When the caretakers gaze at him, he responds with a sweet smile. If they talk to him he laughs with a wide open mouth while responding. The caretakers love to cuddle him and kiss his small face.
